Audit fees
Professional fees in connection with PricewaterhouseCoopers’ statutory audit of the 2023 consolidated annual accounts of Edelweiss Holdings plc amounted to $83’421 (2022: $72’860).
Auditors’ other professional fees
Fees in connection with the 2023 audit of the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary, tax reporting services relating to fiscal 2023 and other advisory and compliance engagements performed by PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2023 amounted to $49’206 (2022: $60’082).
Communication with independent auditors
The Board meets with the independent auditor to discuss any audit findings. Furthermore, all reports drawn by the auditors are discussed at meetings of the Board.
