Edelweiss is self-managed. The Board of Directors and its Executive Committee are responsible for pursuing the strategy and objectives of the company, as well as preparing the consolidated accounts. The members of the Executive Committee operate on a collegiate basis and are appointed by the Board. The members of the Executive Committee may include members of the Board or other officers in the Company.
Edelweiss Investments Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Edelweiss Holdings plc based in Jersey, Channel Islands, with offices in St Helier and Zürich. The headquarters in St Helier provides administrative, organisational and support services to the Company, while the Zürich office provides additional business and industry research to the Executive Committee.

Mr Cleverly qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2005 and is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. [two-thirds]Mr Cushing has served as a member of the Board since March 2024 and a member of the Executive Committee since January 2025. He is retired since August 2021 was previously Executive Vice President and Director of Acker Finley Asset Management Inc. for 22 years, President and sole owner of John Cushing Investment Management Inc. for 10 years, and employed by Wood Gundy Ltd. for 20 years. He has served on boards for private companies throughout his career. Since 2018, he has maintained a close relationship with the Edelweiss team in an advisory capacity.[/two-thirds][vertical-spacer]

He is a CFA charterholder and holds degrees in chemical engineering and philosophy from Rice University.
